Gavriella Schuster grew up in Boston and moved to the Seattle area 29 years ago with her husband Gary. She is the mother of 2 wonderful children – Hannah who is 20 years old and a Junior at Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo, CA and Zack who is 17 and a Junior attending Running Start at Edmonds Community College.
Gavriella started at Microsoft 5 years after she moved to the Seattle area and is currently the corporate vice president of global partnerships for Microsoft’s Worldwide Commercial Business organization. As a C-level Microsoft leader she has grown a P&L to $6.5B and currently leads the company’s portfolio of channel partners that reached $1 trillion in ecosystem revenues.
With more than 20 years of leadership expertise in digital and cloud transformation roles, her strategy and execution expertise spans all aspects of business—products development & launch, marketing, sales and partner development. She leads the global recruitment, enablement and engagement of Microsoft’s fast-growing partner ecosystem. Gavriella specializes in starting up and turning around businesses by inspiring a vision for future customer relevance and engaging the team in developing the roadmap.
She is also an advocate for corporate diversity and inclusion and is a founding sponsor for Women in Cloud, the Women in Technology Network and is a member of the University of Washington Bothell Board of Directors.
While she is proud of the work she has accomplished in her career at Microsoft, it pales in comparison to the pride she has as a mother of her two children.
