I am proud to be a part of the 5th iteration of Team Neptunes (The Young and the Cliplesss) and ride along some incredible people for a great cause.

This June will mark the 5th year since my Dad passed from lung cancer. In many ways it's hard to believe this much time has passed; this event is not only a way to raise money and awareness for all the efforts still needed to improve lung health, but also a way to reflect on the wonderful times we had with our Dad (which were filled with actitivies outside)!

Whether you are a member of Team Neptunes (past or present), someone whose joined in on the training rides, a supporter financially or emotionally, THANK YOU! This event takes a village and I look forward to it every year!
