My name is Ruben Widmer. It is likely that many of you know me, seeing as you have come to this website and visted this page. I have riden in four Trek Accross Maine's throughout my lifetime, all consecutive. Unfortunately the last two of these were not held in person as you likley know. As long as I have particiapated in it, the Trek Accross Maine has been a perfect start of my summer. Not only do you get to ride through beautiful secenery, but you share a sense of community with all the other riders. Your donations also help Americans suffering from lung disease. The American Lung Assosiation was founded over 115 years ago to combat tuberculosious. Today it has diversified to fund tretment for lung cancer and work towards cleaner air. Since the Trek begin in 1985 it has raised 29.5 million dollers for lung health, so know that this event does have an impact. Any donations you make are greatly appreciated.
