…..my 30th Maine Trek because I love the bicycle ride with fellow enthusiastic bicylers across this beautiful state….. but as Ed Miller, the former head of the Maine Lung Association kept reminding us all IT’S NOT JUST A BIKE RIDE!!!
I ride this trek because I want very much to support The American Lung Association.
IF YOU CAN’T BREATHE NOTHING ELSE MATTERS
The American Lung Association’s mission is to save lives by improving lung health -either by researching treatments and cures for lung diseases, keeping kids off tobacco, including e- cigarettes, and promoting clean air.
I am riding the trek again this year in loving memory of my brother Sandy who died of lung cancer, and in loving memory of Phyllis Buchanan who was a member of our trek team for years and who passed away of cancer.
I appreciate your support of me in this trek , and this for this wonderful American Lung Association.
My 30th trek!!!!
