This June I will again be cycling through the great state of Maine as one of nearly 2,000 cyclists in the 2020 Trek Across Maine; a 3-day, 180-mile bike ride benefitting the American Lung Association.
My first Trek was one I'll never forget, filled with inspiring riders, enthusiastic volunteers, lots of hills and tons of fun. Then scenery was stunning and the rest-stop snacks were top notch. Signing up for the 2020 Trek mere seconds after crossing the finishing line last June was a no-brainer.
The American Lung Association is the leading organization working to save lives by improving lung health and preventing lung disease, through research, education and advocacy. I was humbled to ride for such an important cause in 2019 and am grateful for the opportunity (and ability!) to do it again this year (and many years to come!).
Thank you for your support!
