Hey all!

Every year I participate in the Dempsey Challenge. This year I will participate in the DC but the big event will be the Trek Across Maine. This event is hugely important as it raises money for the American Lung Association. I will be riding with several good friends and team Winterstick this year.  This is a 3-day, ~180 mile weekend.  Please consider supporting my ride!

I am joining thousands of other cyclists and the American Lung Association to raise money to fight lung disease and increase awareness about the importance of lung health.

Lung disease can take someone's breath away, leaving them unable to work, exercise or play. Growing faster than almost any other major illness, lung disease, including lung cancer, asthma and emphysema is the third leading cause of the death in the United States.
