Dear Friends and Family,

I am joining hundreds of other cyclists and the American Lung Association to raise money to fight lung disease and increase awareness about the importance of lung health.

Lung disease can take someone's breath away, leaving them unable to work, exercise or play. Growing faster than almost any other major illness, lung disease, including lung cancer, Covid, Asthma and Emphysema is now the leading cause of the death in the United States.

Last year I was able to raise over $2700.00 and I hope to do it again for 2023 charity event. This past year was also quite special, as I was coming back from total knee replacement surgery and this ride became my goal from the moment I decided to undertake the procedure. We'll, we are going to do it all again on the right knee this time and I will fight like hell to come back and be able to ride like I am accustomed- hard and with everything ounce of energy I got - one more time for this wonderful charity.
