Hard to believe after THREE years of Covid 19, another Trek Across Maine begins Father's Day Weekend. Wes and I have again committed to join many other cyclists and the American Lung Association in a journey across Maine while raising money to support the fight against lung cancer, COPD, Asthma and other serious lung diseases. My son Peter has bad asthma and takes multiple medications daily. He never likes to run or play outside as it tends to make symptoms much worse. It breaks my heart that he can't always participate with us in outdoor activities to his fullest. I'm so proud him trying when he can though. 

Please join our efforts in this very worthwhile cause. The training and the Trek are honestly the easy part. The tough part is trying to raise money. It's always hard to ask  others for help.
