Welcome to my 2020 Trek Across Maine personal page. On Father's Day weekend I will again be riding my bicycle more than 180 miles across Maine as part of a fundraiser for the American Lung Association and to increase awareness of the importance of healthy air. For more than 100 years the American Lung Association has been a leader in the fight for healthy air and healthy lungs with a focus on eliminating smoking and related lung diseases such as COPD and emphysema. It is a mission that is important to me as a paramedic with the Sanford Fire Department as I see patients every day that are affected by these diseases. It is a mission that is especially consequential today as such diseases can be a critical factor affecting successful outcomes in treatment of flu and covid-19.
My personal fundraising goal is $550. Please help me reach this goal with your donation. Consider donating $25 to match my personal gift. Or how about $36 to commemorate the 36th year of the Trek Across Maine? Or you could really stretch and donate $50 or $100. Follow the links on the right side of this page to make your donation and thank you for your help supporting this important charity.
