The 2023 Trek Across Maine. The Trek Across Maine is a multi-day cycling event celebrating its 39th anniversary in 2023. As the largest fundraising event of its kind in the nation for the American Lung Association, the Trek has raised more than $29 million in the past 38 years.

Did you know? Your involvement in the Trek Across Maine is currently supporting lung disease research, including projects like the recently announced COVID-19 Action Initiative a $25 million investment to address COVID-19 and protect against future respiratory virus pandemics. Together, we are helping to save lives during this public health crisis.
