I am joining thousands of other cyclists and the American Lung Association to raise money to fight lung disease and increase awareness about the importance of lung health. This is my 8th year. So many of you have helped in the past!   Lung disease including lung cancer, emphysema and asthma effects so many of us. Personally, my mother had severe COPD and family members suffer severe asthama.
