Some History:

Starting in 1997 with the City to Shore Bike Tour, in late September, from Cherry Hill NJ to Ocean City, NJ, benefiting MS, I have felt called to perform similar acts of kindness. In 2012 I rode in my first Trek Across Maine, then in 2015 (along with the Tour De Cure and points in between), the Climate Ride in 2017(?) and a third Trek in 2018 following the Celebrate Oxygen theme.

The Choice Before Us:

Next year will be my fourth ride, again for Lung Health and the metaphor Lung Health for Voices and the idea that there are people in our culture who are lacking in that voice. So, on Father’s Day Weekend next year, I will make my way to Brunswick and ride with others to Lewiston, Standish, back to Brunswick, and then make my way back to Belfast. It’s a fundraiser and so if you are called (like me) and wish to donate a bit on my behalf, please do and know that it is much appreciated.
