The AEBT is cellebrating it 40th ride..... wonderful. 

For me it will be my 22nd time that I am coming to Cape Cod and riding for the ALA together with my team The Rusty Cranks. This time officially 3 days again - with a change route than in the past years and back to 160 miles.

While I am still enjoying my part after so many years and love the ride and helping the ALA -  Go Rusty Cranks...
