Dear Friends and Family- 30 years ago I decided to donate to the American Lung Association and joined a charity bike ride. The reason I chose the ALA is because I grew up suffering from Asthma. I was restricted from running, playing certain sports and I watched my Dad suffer from Asthma as well. The ALA works to ensure the air we breathe is clean and safe from harmful pollution. They research lung diseases and develop education and advocacy programs that help individuals living what chronic lung disease and their caregivers.
You have been an integral part of my commitment to the ALA through your continued support over the years. You and my teammates have been the driving force that keeps me riding and raising money.
This fall, in just 2 weeks, me and my team will be riding in our 30th Autumn Escape Bike Trek. Please consider making a contribution to help me reach my goal of raising $1500.00 in honor of my father, Frank Mirabella who passed away this May.
Thank you in advance for your support!
Laura
