This June Michael and I will again be riding in the Trek Across Maine! This will be our 21st year of riding! Our sons, Kevin and Brett, have joined us for the three day adventure a few times as well. We will again join thousands of other cyclists and the American Lung Association in a journey across Maine while raising money to fight lung disease and increase awareness about the importance of lung health.

Lung disease can take someone's breath away, leaving them unable to work, exercise or play. Growing faster than almost any other major illness, lung disease, including lung cancer, asthma and emphysema is the third leading cause of the death in the United States. We hope that you choose not to smoke!
