Well, it’s 53 days until the 2023 Trek Across Maine, so I better get started. Quite a few of you have asked about donating this year, so here is your chance. Last year was my milestone of 20 years  I will be riding my 21st time this Father’s Day weekend with my best friend and brother Stu. We have 3 days of riding with overnights at St. Joseph’s College on beautiful Sebago Lake and Bates College in Lewiston.

I couldn’t do this ride without your generous support. A lot of employees offer matching donations to the American Lung Association.  No amount is too small. I started myself with $50 and would like to raise $1000 or more. The minimum to ride is $250.
