Autumn Escape Bike Trek Rider

Every Mile Counts.

Registration for the 2022 ride is now closed. Check back soon to sign up for the 39th annual Autumn Escape Bike Trek taking place September 23-24, 2023!

Ride one or two days and up to 100 miles alongside your friends in a welcoming atmosphere where every rider is supported and celebrated. Enjoy scenic views and a fully supported route followed by music, games, beer from Mayflower Brewing Company, wine from Plymouth Bay Winery, and a lobster dinner. It’s everything you love about Cape Cod in a single weekend!

Support the American Lung Association’s mission to save lives by improving lung health and preventing lung disease through research, education, and advocacy. Because when you can’t breathe, nothing else mattersŪ.

Virtual Participation Option: Cycle Your Way

Prefer to join us virtually this year? Sign up with our virtual Cycle Your Way program and ride in your own neighborhood, on your own time, whenever it’s convenient for you. We’ll be offering some suggested routes to let you explore parts of Cape Cod and surrounding areas, or you can hop on your stationary bike and pedal with a purpose to support the American Lung Association. You can register as an individual, start a new team, or join an existing team, and then choose the Virtual option. We look forward to “seeing” you online!

Why We Need You in the Fight

In March, the American Lung Association launched a $25 million initiative to end COVID-19 and defend against future respiratory virus pandemics. At the same time, we're continuing our advocacy work to support clean air and redoubling our long-term commitments to lifesaving research.
