Hello Friends,
It is Trek Across Maine season, and that means I will be joining Matt and many other riders in riding 180 miles over three days in support of the American Lung Association. To do this, I need your support and that is why I am sending you this email.
I am joining thousands of other cyclists and the American Lung Association to raise money to fight lung disease and increase awareness about the importance of lung health. This year there is a new route, and I am excited to explore new parts of Maine while supporting an organization our family is 100% dedicated to. As many of you know, my father Jack did the event for 24 years before his injury and this has become a family tradition for us in his honor. Jack and Sally are volunteering this year while we ride, so that is exciting!
Lung disease can take someone's breath away, leaving them unable to work, exercise or play. Growing faster than almost any other major illness, lung disease, including lung cancer, asthma and emphysema is the third leading cause of the death in the United States.
Please join me in my efforts to make a difference by making a personal or corporate tax-deductible donation. It is also ok to share this with your friends and associates, I can use help from everyone! Feel free to donate early and often!
Thank you in advance for you support!
