After a really nasty ankle injury (and two surgeries) in November 2016, I'm back on my bike.
Going from 0 to 80 miles isn't going to be easy, but I'm excited to begin this two-month training journey, especially because I'm riding for an important cause.
I don't know anyone not affected by lung disease. I'm riding to represent all who are touched by lung disease, especially those who are/were close to my heart. You can support me in my efforts just by donating. Your generosity would mean a lot to me and all those who benefit from the work of the American Lung Association.

I promise to see this thing through on my side, from Newberg all the way to the coast. For the record, the ride is less than two months away and I've only just worked my way up to riding 20 miles. I really am going from zero to 80, but I can do it! Please try and give a few bucks, even a dollar will get me closer to my goal.
Let’s make sure everyone can benefit from healthy air and lungs.
