Let’s make sure everyone can benefit from healthy air and lungs.
This year I will be attempting my 100 mile ride for Reach the Beach since my back surgery.
I am riding to represent all those who suffer from lung disease, especially those who are close to my heart. I have dedicated this team to Kellie Rahm, who gave all she had in her battle against lung cancer in July 2016 at 46. She never smoked.
There is a stigma that only smokers get lung cancer, but anyone can be affected. This is very personal for me as it is a promise I made to her that I would participate in this ride for her. I hope to continue to advocate awareness during this fundraiser and help her story continue on..
You can support me in my efforts just by donating. Your generosity would mean a lot to me and all those who benefit from the work of the American Lung Association.
This is for my friends, my family, and anyone who has ever been affected by lung dieases.
