Woohoo, I am ready to get back in the saddle!  I had to take a couple of years off from riding as I was getting two new knees!  I am excited to be back at it again this year!

I am joining thousands of other cyclists and the American Lung Association to raise money to fight lung disease and increase awareness about the importance of lung health.

This personally affects myself and my daughter as we both suffer from Asthma, and we have lost some wonderful people in our life from Lung Cancer.

Lung disease can take someone's breath away, leaving them unable to work, exercise or play. Growing faster than almost any other major illness, lung disease, including lung cancer, asthma and emphysema is the third leading cause of the death in the United States.
