The Clean Air Challenge, American Lung Association in Alaska’s iconic Mother’s Day weekend Talkeetna experience is celebrating its 35th anniversary in 2019. This top-notch ride hosted at the beautiful Talkeetna Alaskan Lodge, is a fundraiser for American Lung Association’s research, education, and advocacy for clean air and healthy lungs.
You choose your distance and your weekend experience. Your chosen fundraising level determines your weekend benefits. We provide comprehensive rider support with superb organization and jaw-dropping views of Denali no matter what distance and experience you choose!
- The $500 (Adult) or $250 (Youth) minimum fundraising includes your ride on Saturday, our after-ride feast and fete, and an overnight stay at the Lodge in a shared room with another qualified participant of your choosing
- Double your impact on lung health in Alaska by upgrading to the Winners Circle fundraising level and the next level of benefits. $1,000 in fundraising earns you a private room for Friday and Saturday nights at Talkeetna Alaskan Lodge so you can stretch out or bring the family. Your guests can relax at the Lodge while you ride or kids 12 and under can ride with fundraising adults for only the registration fee (fundraising optional for kids) plus there are kids events at the Lodge on Saturday.
- The Champions Circle level rewards you for your leadership fundraising with all the benefits of the Winners Circle with a Denali mountain facing room, American Lung Association signature cycling wear, and other exclusive benefits
- Team Captains of qualified teams (5 or more members) also earn this year’s signature cycling wear item
