IMPORTANT

Beginning Monday, August 17 2020, the ticket intake process will change. We will no longer be accepting tickets through email. Instead, you will need to log into the Team Support Customer Portal here.

Once you access the Team Support Portal, you will need to reset your password. Your username is your lung.org email address. 

If the links to the portal fail, please copy and paste this URL into your browser: AmericanLungAssociation.na1.teamsupport.com

Please begin submitting tickets through the portal. If you forget and send in a ticket through email, no worries! We will continue to accept email-to-ticket support until Monday, August 17, 2021. Of course, during this interim period, should you have any issues with the portal please send in an email to system.support@lung.org.

Again, Monday, August 17, 2021, we will be turning off the email-to-ticket system for Application Support Requests. You can continue to email tickets in for Digital Strategies and Constituent Services.
