Lung Cancer Courage Kits - We Need Your Feedback

We are excited to announce we are launching two new Lung Cancer Courage Kit pilots for newly diagnosed lung cancer patients, and we would love your feedback on the contents of the Lung Cancer Courage Kits.

Question - Not Required - When you or your loved one were diagnosed with lung cancer, did you receive any type of care package, educational materials, or comfort items?

Question - Not Required - From the materials provided about your lung cancer diagnosis, what information did you feel was missing that would have been helpful for you or your loved one?

Question - Not Required - Our previous Lung Cancer Courage Kit contained the following items listed below.
