Step Up to the Challenge! The Fight For Air Climb is a great way to challenge yourself physically. Different from other events, the Fight For Air Climb is a vertical road race to reach the top. Stairclimbing is a great sport that improves the fitness level of each participant and burns more calories than walking or running. To climb successfully, the American Lung Association strongly urges all participants to train before embarking on the ascent.
In partnership with our Fitness Partner, 9Round, we’ve created an at-home stair climb training guide for you that includes circuit workouts to get you to the TOP of the U.S. Bank Center. Check it out here!
Whether the Fight For Air Climb on March 10, 2018 at the U.S. Bank Center is your first stair climb or you’re climbing again to beat your time, the official Fight For Air Climb bootcamps, training classes, and practice climb will help you reach
your goals. RSVP to any of these training sessions at EventsWI@Lung.org.
