9 a.m. Registration and exhibit time. The workshop runs from 10 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. and includes lunch. Topics include staying out of the hospital, traveling with lung disease, palliative medicine, inhalers and medications.


The Respiratory Rally provides an unique venue for people with  lung disease and their caregivers of those with lung disease, including COPD, emphysema, pulmonary fibrosis, pulmonary hypertension, sleep apnea, asthma and Alpha 1. Attendees will be treated to a relaxing full day of inspirational messages, education, exhibits and lunch.

Goals of the program:

  • To provide a community forum for the exchange of information that will give those affected by lung disease the necessary tools for living daily with a chronic illness
  • To provide social interaction with those sharing a common problem in an effort to decrease depression and provide a more optimistic view of life
  • To enable individuals with chronic lung disease to live a more productive and fulfilling life

Please dress comfortably. Since conference rooms vary in temperature, you may want to dress in layers.
