CrossFitters know all too well that our sport is more than just our fitness regime-it's what makes us who we are. Our lives changed the minute we logged on to CrossFit.com or worked up the courage to walk into a box for the first time and asked, "What's this thing called a WOD?" We never really know how much we're going to suffer when we hear those beautiful words "3-2-1, Go!" But we can promise two things: it's going to hurt and we're going to love every second of it.
Fight For Air Climb is a true CrossFit event-utilitarian in nature and a no-fluff approach to fitness. We're asking you to be the faces, attitudes, hearts and souls who represent CrossFit in our partnership with the American Lung Association to raise funds and awareness for improving lung health and preventing lung disease.
