Sponsor a Runner/Walker
Choose this if you would like to donate to a specific individual. Your donation will increase the fundraising total for the specific individual. If that individual is on a team, it will also increase the team's fundraising total. You will be able to search for a specific participant to which to donate.
Donate to a Team
Choose this if you would like donate to a team and not a specific participant. Your donation will increase the team fundraising total but not a specific individual on the team. You will be able to search for a specific team to which to donate.
Donate to the Event
Choose this if you would like to donate to the overall event and not to a team or individual. Your donation will increase the fundraising total on the event thermometer but will not support a specific team or individual participant. You will not be able to search for a specific team or individual participant to which to donate.

Hello!

Thank you for joining my team for the Fight For Air Run/Walk! This is a great cause that not only brings awareness to the harmful effects of tobacco, but also awareness around the harmful effects of hazardous chemicals and pollution in the air that could lead to several fatal lung diseases and cancers. Your time and contribution will help the American Lung Association to find cures for these disesases, bring awareness to our future around these diseases and help to promote clean air.

As my first time on a committee leading a Run/Walk - my personal goal is to grow to the team to 10 people and raise over $1000 as a team, in addition to gaining 1 company sponsor.

If you have anyone else interested - please let me know!

Again, a HUGE thank you for participating and helping me and the American Lung Association to save lives and promote clean air!

I dedicate this walk to both of my grandfathers - My Grandpa Knight who passed away of lung cancer and my Grandpa Jacobs who passed away of terminal cancer than began in his lungs.
