Sponsor a Walker
Choose this if you would like to donate to a specific individual. Your donation will increase the fundraising total for the specific individual. If that individual is on a team, it will also increase the team's fundraising total. You will be able to search for a specific participant to which to donate.
Donate to a Team
Choose this if you would like donate to a team and not a specific participant. Your donation will increase the team fundraising total but not a specific individual on the team. You will be able to search for a specific team to which to donate.
Donate to the Event
Choose this if you would like to donate to the overall event and not to a team or individual. Your donation will increase the fundraising total on the event thermometer but will not support a specific team or individual participant. You will not be able to search for a specific team or individual participant to which to donate.

Help me fight Asthma and all Lung Diseases

This is a sad photo. Unfortunately is is one that I could have taken a thousand times the past 22 years. Andy has struggled with Asthma his entire life and knows nothing else. He has never known what it would be like to go to a friend's house and not worry about whether he will get sick or not. He has never known what it's like to play a sport and not worry about having an attack during the game. He has never known what it was like not having to take 5-8 meds a day, just to be a "normal" kid. He has always tried to lead a normal life, as best could and has managed to do must of what he has wanted to do within reason. He educated himself about his disease at an early age and does what he should and takes his meds as he should. He works hard at staying attack free, but he always knows that an attack can come at ANY TIME. Please help him and the thousands of others breathe easier. As a mother I worried about him his whole life and I will continue to do so. Asthma never goes away. But now I know what he has gone through his entire life, because now I have Asthma, too! Please help us find a cure!
