Sponsor a Walker
Choose this if you would like to donate to a specific individual. Your donation will increase the fundraising total for the specific individual. If that individual is on a team, it will also increase the team's fundraising total. You will be able to search for a specific participant to which to donate.
Donate to a Team
Choose this if you would like donate to a team and not a specific participant. Your donation will increase the team fundraising total but not a specific individual on the team. You will be able to search for a specific team to which to donate.
Donate to the Event
Choose this if you would like to donate to the overall event and not to a team or individual. Your donation will increase the fundraising total on the event thermometer but will not support a specific team or individual participant. You will not be able to search for a specific team or individual participant to which to donate.

Thomas Harmon was born on December 10th, 1948. Even though the time he spent in Vietnam still haunted him and he often had nightmares and suffered from PTSD, he was proud to be a veteran and took his patriotism very serious. He was my father, and in every sense of the word, my hero. In November 2011 he was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer that had metastasized to his liver. He was the strongest man I knew and he was fighting a losing battle, but no one could imagine how soon it would be. Less than 2 wks after Christmas, on January 6th, 2012 at 8:15 pm his suffering ended. He fought to the last breath like everyone who knew him knew he would. He is loved and missed more and more every day, more than he ever would know. Please help us raise money, maybe in the future fewer children will know the pain we felt on that day.
