This summer, I'm climbing 14,411 foot Mount Rainier to raise money for lung disease research and prevention! This is the most heavily glaciated, most prominent mountain in the contiguous United States, and I'm going to need all of your support to push me to the top!
I'm climbing in honor of my mother in law, Ann, who we lost to lung cancer last year.
It is so important for me to do what I can now in order to help prevent more people I know and love from suffering from this disease in the future. My experience has taught me that while life is full of tragedy and suffering, its also full of catalysts that can motivate you to push yourself out of your comfort zone and encourage you to help future generations suffer less than those that came before them. Through this enourmous challenge, I'm hoping I can contribute to my own family's future well-being and help the next generation live a happier, healther life.
Thank you all so much!!!
