Dear Family and Friends,
On Saturday, April 21, 2012,I will be volunteering in the Fight For Air Climb. I decided it would be better to do this than try to walk all those stairs with that O2 tank of mine strapped on my back. I am doing this to help raise money for lung disease research, education and advocacy.
As you may know, lung disease has touched me, several of my friends, and Fran, whom I love very much. I strongly support the mission of the American Lung Association to prevent lung disease and promote lung health.
I am doing so because I am able and there are many people who are not as lucky. Also because no one deserves to die from COPD (Chronic Obstructive Lung Disease), Lung Cancer, Asthma or other lung diseases.
We all deserve to breathe clean and health air.
Please either join me and register for the climb and/or 5K walk or make a generous donation to the American Lung Association to support our FIGHT FOR AIR.
Thank you for your support of my effort to raising money for this very important cause.
