Welcome to My Personal Page
No one should struggle to breathe. That is why I am participating in the Fight For Air Climb.
That statement is so true! Watching someone that we care for struggle to breathe puts a lot into perspective.
My mom died from lung cancer back in 1978 when I was a senior in high school. I went with her for her radiation treatments and watched her "struggle to breathe".
My dad died in 1992 after "struggling to breathe" with pulmonary fibrosis.
My father in law died in 2004 after "struggling to breathe" with emphysema.
Here I am 30+ years later treating cancer patients as a radiation therapist and still seeing people "struggle to breathe" on a daily basis.
I am also proud to be a firefighter serving my community for the past 22 years. This is an opportunity for me to join with other members of my department and climb for those that can't!
Please either join me and register for the climb or make a generous donation to the American Lung Association to support our FIGHT FOR AIR.
Thank you for joining this important fight for children with asthma, teens who are pressured to start smoking, people with lung cancer and emphysema, and everyone who wants to breathe healthy air in our communities.
Thank you
Glenn Davis
