This fall, I will once again join other cyclists and the American Lung Association in a journey across Cape Cod while raising money to fight lung disease and increase awareness about the importance of lung health.  

Lung disease can take someone's breath away, leaving them unable to work, exercise or play. Growing faster than almost any other major illness, lung disease, including lung cancer, asthma and emphysema is the third leading cause of the death in the United States.

 I had so much fun riding last year that this year I thought I would form a team and ride in honor of my friend, Ralph MacDonald.  Ralph passed away December 18, 2011 after a battle with Lung Cancer.  Please join me in my efforts to make a difference by joining my team and riding in the trek or if you are unable to ride, by making a personal or corporate tax-deductible donation.
