Hello  all!

The time has come! This year, as for the past three years, I will join a group of hundreds of fellow cyclists in a 160 mile journey across Cape Cod to raise money to fight lung disease and to increase awareness about the importance of lung health.

This event is very dear to my heart, since my grandfather died of lung cancer many years ago. In addition, as a child I personally battled asthma, which I was able to fight-off through rigorous exercise and athleticism. I want to spread the word about how an active lifestyle can improve and save lives!

Please join me in my efforts to make a difference by making a personal or corporate tax-deductible donation. My minimum fundraising goal is $500, but my personal goal is to raise $1,000. I hope that thanks your generous donations I will be able to reach my target!

Also, I strongly invite you to join my team and become part of the journey! I have room in the car in case you?re interested in carpooling. It is an amazing event?a bit strenuous but well worth the pain! The event will take place on September 28-30.
