I am participating in reach the beach this year to support the fight against lung disease and to show my own comitment to living a healthy lifestyle. I am pushing myself further than I ever have, on May 19th I will be riding 80 miles by bike from Newberg to Pacific City. Getting serious about bicycle riding has made me thankful for my health, I realize not everyone has that privilege that I do, including members of my family and close friends.

No one should struggle to breathe. That is why I am participanting in Reach the Beach.

Please either join me and register for this event to ride or volunteer or make a generous donation to my ride and help me, along with the American Lung Association, to support the FIGHT FOR AIR.

This is an important fight for children with asthma, teens who are pressured to start smoking, people with lung cancer and emphysema.
