No one should struggle to breathe. That is why I am participanting in Reach the Beach.

I am riding in honor of my grandmother. She died because of lung cancer due to years of smoking. I loved her, and she was a vital part of my growing-up years. Grandma helped raise me, and I loved her very much. She died just months before my first child, her first grandchild, was born.

The money raised through this ride goes to important things like education, so that people can avoid or quit bad habits that can, and will, shorten their lives. Please help me raise as much money as possible for research and education, so that others do not experience what my grandmother did.
