No one should struggle to breathe. You may or may not know this but I am an asthma sufferer. I have been able to mostly control it with exercise, but not everyone of my family and friends have been so lucky and have really struggled to breathe at times. I have always wanted to do a century ride and what a chance to push and better my own lungs in an attempt to help raise money and awareness for others who cannot breathe easily!
