This is my favorite ride of the season, besides the annual May Day ride to Corvallis. I believe I have ridden this course at least 4 times, maybe 5. It was the first time I had ridden over 50 miles, and really launched me into enjoying riding my bike. Since this, I have done Seattle to Portland, last year completed the Cycle Oregon and have started to use my bike 8 months of the year to commute to work a few days of the week.
This ride is also close to my heart as it is a fund raiser for the Lung Association. I am Riding to represent all those who suffer from lung disease, especially those who are close to my heart, my son who has asthma, and my mother who died from lung cancer.
You can support me in my efforts just by donating. Your generosity would mean a lot to me and all those who benefit from the work of the American Lung Association.
Lung disease is on the rise and your donation would help fund research and provide education and advocacy efforts. One pedal at a time, you can help me ride for a better tomorrow.

Together we can fight lung disease successfully!
