ALASW Project Request: Convio - Email Group for Prior Event

There will be a MINIMUM 3 day turnaround time in order for the work to be completed, uploaded to Convio and synced overnight once in Convio. Please plan accordingly! We will create an email group from past Convio RSVP or Ticketed Events so you can send an Email > Email Campaign to a particular target audience; does not apply to email groups pulling attendees from a prior TeamRaiser event (those you can use directly in Convio).

We are moving toward using the same ticket submission procedures coast to coast, so please submit all of your future requests via email directly to system.support@lung.org. This automatically creates a ticket in our support queue, and allows you to immediately attach any necessary attachments.
