	SOTC 2017 Preparation Survey This survey is designed to collect the information that we'll need to prepare your state's action alert and email message campaign for State of Tobacco Control 2017. Please review these questions carefully, and provide answers for each.

	In the action alert and accompanying email message, we will be expressing your state's legislative aims in a few different ways. First we need to collect the list of goals in "-ing" fashion, like so: We know [STATE] must take advantage of this opportunity to renew its commitment to fighting tobacco use in 2017 and it starts with our state leaders raising the tax by $1.00, fully funding state’s prevention program, helping state’s smokers quit, protecting everyone from secondhand smoke.
