In August, the American Lung Association mailed you a copy of our first Better Breathers Club Facilitator Meeting Module: The Benefits of Supplemental Oxygen. This is a turnkey program on supplemental oxygen developed for BBC facilitators to deliver to their members. In the Meeting Module binder, you received a 30-page facilitator guide with script and a flash drive which included the PowerPoint presentation and supplemental handouts to accompany this program.

As part of evaluating the usefulness of this meeting module, we are following up with facilitators to learn more about how this module is being used and thoughts regarding this type of pre-developed program.

On the order form you filled out, you agreed to use the module at a Better Breathers Club meeting by June 2019. In order to get your feedback while it is fresh in your mind, we plan to send this brief survey out three times, in November 2018, March 2019 and June 2019. We are only expecting you to complete the survey once.
