Apple Cider VinegerTraining Tip

Apple cider vinegar helps with soreness from stair climbing.  You can purchase it at the grocery store.  Pour 1 cup to 2 cups in a warm bath water and soak for about 20 minutes. It is an alternative to help with soreness or heavy legs.
